Meet Ralf Groeneveld, one of the latest additions to Stef Comello’s Dutch team!
With a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Ralf began his career in logistics IT before spending 25 years in the TMS software industry.
Data had always been a big part of what interested him, but the opportunity to really dive into Business Intelligence was limited.
So, when the time came to put learning and data analytics at the centre of his work, Climber felt like a natural next step.
Today, Ralf brings both extensive industry experience and a serious eye for detail to the team. He’s the kind of person who enjoys digging into a dashboard, spotting the small imperfections others might miss and refining the details that take the end result from good to great.
And the learning doesn’t stop when the laptop closes. Ralf recently took up gliding, finding a new challenge in the combination of excitement, intense focus and complete calm that comes with being up in the air.
When asked "Why Climber?" Ralf points to the collaborative culture - a place where colleagues challenge and support one another, share knowledge and keep learning together.
We’re delighted to have you with us, Ralf. A warm welcome to Climber from all of us!
Last week, the Climber UK team came together at the Sheffield office for a Q3 meeting and a day of hands-on AI training focused on Qlik, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
The day wrapped up at Roxy Ballroom with dinner, drinks, ice-free curling, and bowling, with some friendly competition thrown in!
A useful day of learning from each other, sharing ideas, and spending time together away from the usual routines!
Last week, our CEO Eva Chrona joined fellow members of the Qlik Partner Advisory Council (PAC) in Dublin for two days of inspiring discussions with Qlik’s leadership.
Being part of PAC is a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives, challenge ideas, and help shape what’s next, while bringing our customers’ perspectives to the table. Something we’re truly proud of!
A big thanks to Qlik and everyone involved for the great conversations, energy, and collaboration.
Lots of exciting things ahead!

Keeping up with tradition, the consultants arranged our annual Oktoberfest 🥨 after Training Day. And yes, we do take every chance we get to hang out together!
An evening at the Sthlm office filled with plenty of food, some drinks, great company, and of course, a competition or two.
So great to spend time together outside of our daily work and brighten up the autumn season!
Climber Open 2026 ⛳
Yesterday we gathered at Alba Golf Sturegallerian for 18 holes at Abu Dhabi Golf Club - National Course. Such a fun evening with some great shots, "friendly" competition and good conversations.
🏆 And the winner of this year`s Climber Open is Jonas Grundström!
Taking home the trophy and bragging rights until next year.
Thanks to everyone who joined in - Niklas Svenson, Johan Tullgren, Victor Runesson, Johannes Ohlsson, Simon Nexbo, Antti Seppälä, Martin Rustas Wiegurd, David Gellerfors and Niklas Ölund.
Climber will be at ICT&Logistics 2026 - come visit us at stand 09.A067!
From 3 to 5 November, you can find us at Jaarbeurs Utrecht for three days packed with inspiration innovation, and conversations about the future of logistics, and the role Data & AI can play in shaping it.
On Tuesday, 3 November at 12:15-12:45, Guy Meintjes and Jordy Wegman will take the stage at Theater 1 – Digital Logistics:
The AI-Powered Control Tower: From Dashboard to Action in Logistics
See live how AI can help detect deviations, uncover root causes, in minutes rather than days, and trigger the right actions. They`ll also show how these actions can be automated and integrated into your TMS, ERP, or financial systems.

Meet Karl Björnsson, one of the newest consultants on Eva Chrona`s Swedish team!
Before stepping into the world of data, Karl studied Sound Engineering at Luleå University of Technology and went on to work across TV, radio, theatre and live concerts. After a career change, he studied Business Intelligence at Nackademin – a move that eventually brought him to Climber.
Karl first joined us as an intern and quickly felt at home with our clear structure and strong focus on learning and development. Just before summer, he took the next step and joined the team as a consultant.
Today, he’s diving deeper into Microsoft Fabric and Power BI – and recently added the DP-600 certification to his achievements. Together with his DP-700, Karl now holds two Microsoft Fabric certifications!
With a love of problem-solving, digging deep into new topics and constantly learning, we have a feeling there may be more certifications to come.
And when he’s not working with data? You might find Karl in his own framing workshop, where he frames paintings and other works of art.
We’re very happy you decided to continue your journey with us, Karl.
A warm welcome to the team from all of us at Climber! 💜
