We have a really diverse team, with people coming from a range of industries, countries, and educational backgrounds. Whilst this was never a key goal, it has really made the team well rounded. Company Meeting
One of the highlights of our year is the Company Meeting, where all employees from all countries gather for a kick off for four days somewhere in Europe. We have walked in Chamonix, climbed in London, went ziplining in Split, and water rafting in Slovenia’s beautiful capital Ljubljana.

Our employees are the most important asset we have. It’s the ones who help push BI forward. In the UK, we have at team of dedicated business intelligence consultants. To always deliver the best possible customised solution, we spend a lot of time finding, recruiting and training the right employees.
Our employees have different education, background and experience. A mix of engineers, economists and system scientists with a desire to understand, explore and grow as a common denominator. Our combination of people means that we learn from each other’s knowledge. Together we come up with the best solutions.

Qlik AI Reality Tour landed in Stockholm yesterday!
It was a great opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people, and hear different perspectives on how AI is being applied across organisations today.

Today we say goodbye to Agneta Isaksson, as she heads into a well-earned permanent weekend!
It`s hard to imagine Climber without her. Agneta has been part of the company for so long that she feels woven into its fabric. Through years of change, growth, and new challenges, she has been a constant presence - always positive and moving things forward.
She has also brought warmth and energy to every day. Her smile, optimism, and can-do attitude has left a lasting impression on both colleagues and customers.

Niilo joins us with a background in BI consulting and reporting, most recently helping clients deliver data solutions with Qlik and Microsoft Fabric.
With an MSc in Information and Knowledge Management and a passion for understanding how things work under the hood, he combines deep technical curiosity with a strong customer focus.
What drives him most is working closely with clients to uncover the real problem and finding innovative ways to solve it using new technologies.
Outside of work, Niilo is a fantasy novelist in progress, an undefeated Mario Kart champion, and a fan of aggressive inline skating, skateboarding, and the occasional backflip.
