Company Meeting
One of the highlights of our year is the Company Meeting, where all employees from all countries gather for a kick off for four days somewhere in Europe. We have walked in Chamonix, climbed in London, went ziplining in Split and water rafting in Slovenia’s beautiful capital Ljubljana.

Welcome back to the Climber family! We’re happy to announce that Carl Wallteg is returning “home”. After starting his career with us as a BI Consultant and then gaining valuable experience at the Swedish Police Authority as a BI Developer, Calle is finally back where he belongs.
What drives him? Being the bridge between data and business – working close to stakeholders to create solutions that deliver real value. As a true team player with an analytical mindset, he`s excited to continue growing with us, expanding his expertise from Qlik to Snowflake, Fabric, and Power BI.
When he`s not turning data into insights, you`ll find Calle exploring the archipelago on a jet ski or experimenting in the kitchen with a good glass of wine.

With a Master`s in Banking & Finance from Stockholm Uni and solid experience from Deloitte and Exsitec – where he led consulting teams delivering Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure solutions – he brings the perfect blend of business acumen and tech expertise.
What excites him most? The intersection of AI and data analytics. Victor is passionate about translating technical complexity into real business value and finding practical AI use cases that enhance data-driven decision-making.
