What can you expect?
Climber is a fast-paced and flexible workplace with high ceilings where you easily combine both your personal and work life. We are an active gang that likes each other and happily do things together. We have monthly team meetings, which include Go Karting, crazy golf, wine tasting, just to name a few, and quarterly training days. One of the highlights of the year is our Company Meeting, when the entire Climber Group gather for a kick off somewhere in Europe.

We have a really diverse team, with people coming from a range of industries, countries, and educational backgrounds. Whilst this was never a key goal, it has really made the team well rounded. We are a young team and treat each other as extended family. Our culture is something we have worked really hard on over the years and is something that really sets Climber apart from others.
Company Meeting
One of the highlights of our year is the Company Meeting, where all employees from all countries gather for a kick off for four days somewhere in Europe. We have walked in Chamonix, climbed in London, went ziplining in Split and water rafting in Slovenia’s beautiful capital Ljubljana.

Our employees are the most important asset we have. It’s the ones who help push BI forward. In the UK, we have at team of dedicated business intelligence consultants. To always deliver the best possible customised solution, we spend a lot of time finding, recruiting and training the right employees.
Our employees have different education, background and experience. A mix of engineers, economists and system scientists with a desire to understand, explore and grow as a common denominator. Our combination of people means that we learn from each other’s knowledge. Together we come up with the best solutions.

Var åttonde barn i Sverige lever i fattigdom. Det är barn som riskerar att stå utan den trygghet och glädje som många av oss förknippar med julen.
På Climber har vi därför valt att göra annorlunda i år. Istället för interna julklappar stöttar vi Stadsmissionen i Stockholm och Skåne – för att bidra till en jul där ingen lämnas utanför.

One in eight children in Sweden lives in poverty, putting many at risk of missing out on the security and joy that the Christmas season represents.
This year, at Climber, we chose to do things differently. Instead of internal Christmas gifts, we are supporting Stockholmsstadsmission and skanestadsmission in their efforts to help create a Christmas for everyone - where no one is left behind.

Our Dutch team wrapped up their training day with a festive Christmas dinner at Hoog Holten, a forest hotel known for their beautiful decorations during the holiday season🎄
Together with our partners, we enjoyed a specially prepared three-course menu and a wonderful evening of good food and great company!
This year, instead of Christmas gifts, we’re supporting longfonds - the Dutch Lung Foundation.
We’re proud to contribute to their important work for healthier lungs.

Christmas dinner for Team Sweden at the fabulous Restaurant Milles. Amazing food, great laughs and plenty of fun - from a quiz where we crowned the Climber G.O.A.T to secret missions sprinkled throughout the evening. Only one brave soul completed, by sparking a sing-a-long, while the rest stayed a bit shy. Good times with great people 💜
Training day! Each year we host 4 bespoke training days to stay ahead of the curve. Today’s session is a brand new format where we dive in to both Qlik and Microsoft Fabric - tackling the same challenge in each to highlight their strengths and boost our understanding.

Last week, our UK team came together for two incredible days in the Cotswolds to celebrate a successful year and set sights high for 2026.
After a full day of planning sessions, the team took a walk from Broadway Tower to explore the charming town of Broadway, before heading to have dinner at The Wood Norton Hotel.
A huge thank you to everyone for bringing great energy, fresh ideas, and plenty of good humour - and to The Wood Norton Hotel for hosting us in such a stunning setting!
